| Catuaba is a vigorous-growing small tree that inhabits primarily northern Brazil. It has a long history of use in herbal medicine throughout South America. In Brazil catuaba is considered a central nervous system stimulant with very high aphrodisiac properties. It is commonly used for sexual potency, agitation, nervousness, nerve pain and weakness and poor memory or forgetfullness. As a general tonic it tones, balances and strengthens the bodies systems.
